Yes We Can: Above and Beyond Erasmus+ Project

O Projeto Yes We Can conta com a participação do Agrupamento de Escolas Camilo Castelo Branco, que trabalha, desde 2019, com duas escolas estrangeiras: a Schule am Bienwaldrind, localizada em Berlim e a Medicinska skola Beograd, em Belgrado. Este projeto, para além do trabalho colaborativo, visa aumentar as competências dos alunos com necessidades específicas ao nível da autonomia, da autodeterminação e do desenvolvimento de competências multilinguísticas e digitais. Neste âmbito, e como forma de disseminação dos resultados do projeto, as três escolas acordaram quanto à promoção de um congresso internacional para assinalar o seu término. O programa científico, que abordará os direitos humanos, o estado da arte no que respeita à inclusão e o processo de transição para a vida pós-escolar de alunos com necessidades específicas, terá a honra de contar com a participação de prestigiados oradores dos três países, assim como, da presença de diferentes profissionais da área da educação, da saúde e social, estudantes do ensino superior, associações, CSIFS, famílias e alunos. No momento de encerramento, terá a oportunidade de conhecer e sentir a iniciativa Famalicão Inclusivo, representada pelo Sr. Vereador da Educação.

The Yes We Can Project has the participation of the Camilo Castelo Branco School Group, which has been working, since 2019, with two foreign schools: Schule am Bienwaldrind, located in Berlin and Medicinska skola Beograd, in Belgrade. This project, in addition to collaborative work, aims to increase the skills of students with specific needs in terms of autonomy, self-determination and the development of multilingual and digital skills. In this context, and as a way of disseminating the project results, the three schools agreed to promote an international congress to mark the end of the project. The scientific program, which will address human rights, the state of the art with regard to inclusion and the transition process to post-school life, will have the honor of counting on the participation of prestigious speakers from the three countries, as well as the presence of different professionals in the education, health and social areas, higher education students, associations, CSIFS, families and students. At the closing ceremony, you will have the opportunity to get to know and feel the Famalicão Inclusive initiative, represented by the Education Councilor.
